The KA Trainee Program gives you the chance to:

StructureIn the two year trainee programme you will gain in-depth expertise in one of the following areas: Sales/Marketing, Finance, R&D, Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance or After Market. As a trainee you will also get comprehensive business understanding and competence through cross-divisional projects and extensive training/meetings with leading personnel from all business areas. SupportEach trainee have monthly meetings with a coach and a mentor. The coach helps you to utilise the possibilities that the KA traineeship offers. The mentor is a director or senior manager with long experience and a solid network within KA, who encourages your personal as well as professional development.Are you the next KA trainee? A master's degree is a basic requirement for applicants of the trainee programme. At least one foreign language other than English is an advantage, as well as international experience.If you can identify with the KA values and are an ambitious, target oriented team player, you could be the next KA trainee!ApplicationFour to six trainees are recruited to the KA trainee program in Sweden and Norway every year.
