Olav Volldal has informed the Board of Directors that he has decided to take advantage of his 60 years retirement option after heading the company since its origin in 1987.
Hans Peter Havdal has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA, following the resignation of Olav Volldal, effective from April 1, 2010.
