Kongsberg Automotive ASA has on Friday 12 February 2010 acquired a total of 6,500,000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA ("KOA") to an average price of NOK 5.23 per share. KOA owns after this acquisition a total of 7,500,000 shares in KOA, constituting 1.84% of the share capital in KOA. The 7,500,000 shares constitutes the number of share options the Company has assigned for the 2009 and 2010 share option programs.
The percentage has been calculated based on 406,768,131 issued shares in KOA.
